    The information we collect from you depends on how you use our Services. For example, we collect information when you take the following actions:

    • Request a quote:  we collect biographical information such as your name, business contact information (email, phone number), and any information that you submit to us about your potential shipping needs.
    • Contact us:  we collect your information when you contact us through our Site, email, or phone, which may include your biographical information such as your name and business contact information, as well as any other information that you choose to provide to us. We may keep a record of the date/time/content of your call.
    • Sign up for our newsletter:  we collect your email address.
    • Comment on our blog:  we collect your name, email, company name, and your comment (see also User Generated Content).
    • Log into our Inventory Management:  our customers may log into their account (not available through this website) to check the status shipping their products to the end user customer.

    Information We Collect From Other Entities.

    • Your Employer. We may collect business contact information from your employer about employees authorized to provide us with shipping information.
    • Social Media:  If you comment about our social media sites, we may collect the information that you submit and may respond to your comment. We do not typically associate this with your account if you are an account holder.

    Information We Collect Automatically.

    We automatically collect information about your use of our Site through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies, including:  domain name; your browser type and operating system; web pages you view on the Site; links you click on the Site; your IP address; the length of time you visit our Site and or use our Services; and the referring URL, or the webpage that led you to our Site. We collect this information from the following sources:

    • Internet Service Providers, Operating Systems, Analytics Providers:  As stated above, we collect data automatically through your use of our Site and our services. This information may come from internet service providers, operating systems, and analytics providers that provide services on our behalf.

These advertising networks typically do not provide information back to us about you as an individual, but we may learn more broadly about the success of our advertising campaigns through these entities.

    Information We Collect In Our Capacity as a Service Provider

    We ship products at the direction of our corporate customers. Our customers provide us with contact information of their customers (such as name, mailing address, and telephone number) and the goods purchased. We use this information at the direction of our customers and as required by law (e.g., we may be required to disclose information for law enforcement purposes). If you have ordered products from one of our customers and/or if you are a gift recipient, we may contact you at the direction of—or with the permission of—our customer to notify you about a shipment, confirm delivery, or address other questions to process and fulfill the order. If you have questions about our use of your information, please contact the company from which you purchased the product.

    To the extent permitted or requested by our customer contracts, we also may aggregate data from a customer or across customers. We use this data for benchmarking purposes and share the results with our customers, and, as permitted, with prospective customers and for our own analytics purposes.

    Our Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms

    Security of My Personal Information

    We have implemented reasonable precautions to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee security.

    You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, phone, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared computer, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, and keeping your log-in and password private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.

    What Choices Do I Have Regarding Use of My Personal Information?

    We may send periodic promotional emails to you. You may opt-out of promotional emails by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt-out of receiving promotional emails, we may still send you emails about your account or any services you have requested or received from us.

    Children Under 13

    Our Services are not designed for children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.

    Special Information for California Consumers

    California residents may request a list of certain third parties to which we have disclosed personally identifiable information about you for their own direct marketing purposes.
