Job Description
Fast Growing Company Looking for Enthusiastic Team Players!
The Flow Lead is responsible for managing volume and workflow of multiple e-Commerce Order Fulfillment Centers (FCs) from a centralized location based out of Youngstown, Ohio. This role is not virtual and does require you to be local to Youngstown, OH.
Candidates should be flexible with shift schedule and may have to work nights or long hours. We are hiring immediately - candidates should be able to start within 2 weeks of job offer.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer shipment workflows using systems, tools, and web platforms.
- Maintain constant and proactive communication with Operations leaders regarding shipment workflow status.
- Execute and develop shift plans based on Operational requirements and adjust in real-time as variables change.
- Trial new tools and systems and provide feedback on functionality, while gathering Operations feedback.
- Construct post-mortem reports on shift successes or failures, relative to established operational goals or thresholds.
- Act as an advisor to Operations leaders and provide recommendations and guidance to ensure the maintenance of a strong partnership and achievement of common goals: delivering for customers.
- Drive risk management strategies for Fulfillment Centers to ensure Service Level Agreements for customer shipments are met
Basic Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent diploma or equivalent professional or military experience
- 1+ year working in data analysis and formula creation in Microsoft Excel
- 1+ year working with Microsoft Outlook management and rule creation
- Key performance indicator (KPI) reporting experience in operations
- Demonstrated experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement

We are looking for a responsible and professional operations administrator/associate to perform a variety of daily warehouse operations duties such as printing work orders, bookkeeping, order management, and providing support to the warehouse wave planners. Candidates should be available to interview and start ASAP.
The individual will take on a variety of different tasks, outlined but not limited to the below.
- Operations data entry – creating work orders, printing work order, and logging completed work orders
- Order Management – Voiding orders, batching orders, creating pick lists, etc
- Document management – printing/organizing warehouse procedure documents
- Filing documents – Paper filing/digital filing of completed end of day report and work orders
- Monthly Analytics Reporting – creating daily/weekly/monthly costing & operations reports
Requirements
- 1-2 Years relevant administrative/bookkeeping experience

Job Description
E-Commerce Warehouse Supervisor
Leading an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Data entry is an essential part of day to day operations, and communication from back of house to front of house. Planning, meeting and organizing pack-out lines, inventory counts or moving of product. Being a leader and an example of company policies to the warehouse team, seasonal and temporary employees. Able to work in a fast pace environment, adapt to sudden change, and be able to give and take positive and negative feedback to better the culture, team and self.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Lead receiving functions: unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
- Open bales, crates and other containers
- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. Lead and assist in counting of physical inventory
- Prepare parcels for mailing

Responsibilities:
- Inspect quality of packaging and research defects
- Escalate defects to leadership
- Train pack team members on proper pack processes
- Audit steps and present solutions for to prevent reoccurrence
- Handle white glove procedure for key customers to ensure 100% quality execution
- In partnership with Operations, investigate packaging issues (quality, damage and/or carrier handling) identified by customers or associates and implement corrective actions.
- Log, track, and analyze quality defects
- Ensure order accuracy and quality of product meets customer expectations
Qualifications

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) owns the customer lifecycle beginning with customer onboarding, account management and renewal.
